Benefits of WMUB

Is it possibly true that Miami is considering eliminating WMUB as a radio station? I know that the University is considering building the new Student Union  on the southwest corner of Spring and Oak Streets after Bonham House, Joyner House, Wells Hall and Williams Hall have been demolished, but I assumed that WMUB would be moved to another location.

Certainly having a radio station on campus benefits students, faculty, staff, and the larger community and adds to Miami's stature as a first-rate institution. After all, MU has had a radio station  for over half a century! In addition to contributing to pledge drives, is there anything else the public can do to keep this station on the air?
