Who determines how WMUB is run?

Because Miami U contributes money to the radio station and because its undergraduates and graduate students study at the radio station, I am concerned what control Miami U exerts over program content and decisions about which programs to air. Who controls what is done for local programming? I have no complaints. I simply  believe that all must be done to preserve the right of the station to present a diverse set of views on issues (local, state, national an global).  I also wonder who determines what kinds of music are played for local shows.
