Cut HD broadcasting
If you want suggestions on what to cut, I would say cut digital/HD broadcasting.

Responding to cutting HD broadcasting - don't you dare. Minimal to the bottomline, and this will be the future for AM and FM radio.
HD is like blingy wheels on cars. It's something everybody wants because "everybody" has it. I have perfect hearing and the station sounds fine when properly tuned.
If it saves significant money, cut it.
